With competition heating up with recent hotel openings and a string of new ones scheduled for 2025, we’re seeing the first signs of luxury sector rates slowing down and in some cases, decreasing since the pandemic. Are London luxury hotels finally getting real?!

Hotels peaking our interest for next year include the first Six Senses London, located in The Whiteley complex, described as an art deco emporium with 109 rooms and suites.

Cambridge House is a historic building in Piccadilly, mostly known as the former Navel and Military ‘In & Out Club’. It is now being remodelled into the first Auberge London hotel, with 102 rooms, suites, and a private members club (of course!) thrown in.

Five years in the making, the first London opening for Waldorf Astoria will finally open in the landmark Admiralty Arch. The hotel has 100 Rooms and suites plus a 320-cover ballroom.

Another long-awaited opening in nearby Mayfair is The Chancery Rosewood. The former US Embassy will feature 146 rooms, suites, and a grand ballroom.
